Overview

Our program director 

Must

  -be female

  -have at least a high school diploma

  -have a passion for working with middle school girls

  -have a joyful, adventurous, grace-filled relationship with Jesus

  -have an encouraging, shepherding spirit

  -be an organized leader

  -be responsible, creative, imaginative and patient

  -be comfortable speaking in front of groups of teens

  -be comfortable giving direction to adults

  -be able to laugh at yourself & enjoy junior high humor

  -be able to think outside-the-box

  -be comfortable and able to share basic Biblical fundamentals

  -be able to work effectively with minimal supervision 

  -be comfortable communicating with adults in-person

Her responsibilities

Will include

   -working closely with Right Tree's founder to design

      and implement the overall program

  -discovering, creating & organizing games and

      activities for. groups of up to 40 teens

  -coordinating volunteers (both high school &                        community members)

  -leading discussion groups and/or teaching

      sessions  on both secular and Biblical topics 

  -being able to include and involve teens in

      decision, design and implementation of community

      service projects

 

This position pays a salary of $480/week, when school is in session,

based on an average work week of 16 hrs on-site Mon-Thurs + 8 additional planning & prep  hours per week
